b. You subscribe to the newsletter or request information material
If you subscribe to a Limpro newsletter or ask us to send you information material, your personal data will be used to inform you about our products and services. When you buy a product from Limpro and leave your personal data behind, for example by asking a question, we may inform you about other Limpro products in the future.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter or mailing list at any time, via opt-out or by contacting service@Limpro.eu.

WHICH DATA
We process the following data:

  • First and last name;
  • In case of newsletter subscription: e-mail address;
  • When requesting informational material: depending on how you request it and what you request: home/delivery address, phone number, IP address, e-mail address;
  • When signing up for the newsletter, if you wish, you can also enter your date of birth and gender.

c. You create an account (and you store in our webshop)
To place an order via our website, you can register yourself as a customer via Limpro.eu. You create an account, which is secured with a password and linked to your e-mail address. You enter your information yourself and can change it at any time by logging into your account.

WHICH DATA
We process the following data:

  • First and last name;
  • Residential (delivery) address;
  • E-mail address;
  • Phone number;
  • IP address;
  • Which products you have viewed in the past 30 days;
  • What products you ordered;
  • Your last visit and login are also recorded.

We do not process payment data. Payments to our webshop are processed through a third party (Stg. Mollie Payments). Through Mollie you can pay safely in several ways. You only enter your credit card or bank account information on these secure pages and then complete your order here. We only receive notification from Mollie that your payment has been received but not your credit card or bank account number.

WHAT PURPOSE
Limpro uses your data for the following purposes:

  • We use the data you store in your account to process your orders – in other words, to fulfill the agreement with you;
  • We use your IP address, and information about your online behavior to improve our online services, products and your browsing experience. More information about this, including the ability to refuse the use of cookies, is in our Cookie Policy.

The processing of the above data is necessary for the fulfillment of your order – in other words, to execute the agreement we have with you.

d. You start chatting with us
The moment you stay on a web page for a long time, a chat functionality may be started. Even if you have questions for us, you can start the chat functionality with Customer Care on the website. In doing so, you provide a (fictitious) chat name.

  • (optional) e-mail address, if you provide it yourself;

2. HOW IS YOUR DATA PROTECTED?
Limpro understands that keeping your personal information secure is very important. The data stored in our database is protected using common electronic security techniques, in accordance with current data security standards.

You can only access your account if you enter your email address and password correctly. All passwords and sensitive information are protected by encryption and never viewable by us

Our websites and web applications are secured by means of SSL certificates. You can recognize this by the green lock icon to the left of the URL in the address bar of your browser. All data you send and receive via our website is thus encrypted and cannot be read by third parties. The exchange of data between our websites and our processing partners also takes place using secure connections.

3. HOW LONG ARE YOUR DATA KEPT?

Requests to inspect, correct or delete data can be made at any time by sending an e-mail to service@Limpro.eu. Limpro will then remove or adjust your data within 4 weeks after confirmation.

b. Objection
If you do not agree with a particular processing of your data, you can object to the processing at any time by sending an e-mail to service@Limpro.eu. We will respond to your objection as soon as possible after receiving your e-mail, but in any case within 4 weeks.

c. Data portability
You have the right to data portability. This means that you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a usable form in order to transfer it to another data controller. We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss the format in which you would like to receive the data.
